So how does it work?
Your Virtual Employee will work for a set number of hours each week (more accurately, each two-weekly cycle), but you are not locked into the same hours every day. This provides dynamic business with changing needs the added flexibility, for only a fractional additional cost. To provide you with even greater flexibility, the hours you utilize will be measured on a fortnightly cycle, not a weekly cycle, ensuring that any low weeks can be offset the following week, without incurring over-time fees.

Example: You opt for an Executive Web Programmer for 20 hours per week. You can therefore send 80 hours of work the way of your programmer every 2 weeks. If you need to send more, that is still ok. We will simply bill you over-time at the same hourly rate.
The workload could be spread as follows:
Week 1 of 2-week cycle: Monday - 6 hours, Tuesday - 5 hours, Wednesday - 1 hour, Thursday - 0 hours, Friday - 2 hours = 14 hours
Week 2 of 2-week cycle: Monday - 5.5 hours, Tuesday - 6.5 hours, Wednesday - 7 hours, Thursday - 4 hours, Friday 3 hours = 26 hours
